Palccoyo Rainbow Mountain Full Day Tour

The tour begins with hotel pickup in Cusco between 4:30 and 5:00 a.m. Once the group is complete, we travel south of Cusco toward the district of Cusipata, where breakfast is served.

After breakfast, the journey continues to the Huallata Cunca Pass, located at 4,100 meters (13,451 ft) above sea level in the Palccoyo community. From this viewpoint, visitors can observe three colorful mountains at once.

A guided hike of approximately one hour follows, allowing exploration of the Palccoyo Rainbow Mountain range and the impressive Stone Forest. Along the route, travelers may encounter llamas, alpacas, and, during the rainy season, views of the Red River.

After the visit, we return by vehicle toward Cusco, stopping in Cusipata for a buffet lunch. The tour concludes with arrival in Cusco at approximately 5:00 p.m.
